Peer Gynt
This project imagines Peer as a deeply insecure person who has an inherent need for validation and attention. At the start of the play, Peer seeks admiration from his mother, but as he is introduced to a technological, fantasy world, he transforms into an influencer- an embodiment of the need to constantly be seen, while having brief moments of clarity where he realizes the superficial fantasy he is engaging with, as his illusion is briefly shattered.
